yo quiero
tú quieres
él, ella quiere
nosotros/as queremos

ellos/as quieren

Querer used with people means to love. In Latin America you should use amar instead:

España:
Quiero
mucho a mi madre
– I love my Mom very much
Hijo, papá y yo te queremos mucho – My son, Daddy and me we love you so much

América Latina:
Amo mucho a mi madre
– I love my Mom very much
Hijo, papá y yo te amamos mucho – My son, Daddy and me we love you so much

Querer with actions or things means to want:

Quiero comprarme un coche – I want to buy me a car
¿Quieres un helado? – Do you want an ice cream?

Querer with actions and things doesn´t admit mucho. You should use apetecer instead:

INCORRECTO: *Quiero mucho un helado. *Quiero mucho comprarme un
coche

CORRECTO: Me apetece mucho un helado.
Me apetece mucho comprarme un coche – I want so much an ice cream. I want so much to buy me a car
