The verb conocer is used with objects and people, things that can be touched.
With people we must use the preposition a:
Conozco una buena cafetería – I know a good coffe-shop
¿Conoces a Javier? – Do you know Javier?
¿Conoces esta canción? – Do you know this song /Have you heard this song?
We use the verb saber with information:
Sé cómo ir al museo – I know how to get to the museum
¿Sabes
qué hora es? – Do you know what time is?
Saber + infinitivo means to do something good:
Sé nadar = Nado muy bien – I swim good

montar en bici? – Do you know how to ride a bike?
